Shipping & Shipping Costs

 All products purchased via this website will be delivered free of charge, anywhere in Australia.

  • Orders received before 1PM (AEST) will be dispatched same day.
  • Orders received after 1 PM  (AEST) will be dispatched next business day.

Products will be shipped via:

  • Australia – Star Track Express
  • International – Fedex

 

Returning your Product

 When returning a product, for any reason, please follow our RMA process: 

    1. Contact our offices via telephone (02 9436 1121), email or contact form
    2. Obtain an RMA reference number
    3. Package the product for return and include the RMA reference number.
    4. Send the product to us using your preferred shipping method.

Please note: You are liable for the costs associated with returning the product. We suggest taking the optional freight insurance to cover product damaged during shipping.

The returned product should be:

  • Complete, as you received it, with all components included
  • In the original packaging
  • Undamaged and in original condition.

We do understand that the product may have been installed into your truck. So we will accept the product with marks on the bracket caused by screws or bolts used to attach the bracket.

 

Returning a faulty product

Spotto’s warranty period is 3 years from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any component that is deemed faulty within the warranty period.
