The Spotto Blind Spot Monitoring System has been selected alongside 7 other innovative solutions as part of the Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA) National Awards.
Blind spots around trucks are a real concern – the Spotto Radar increases driver-awareness to what’s around the truck, helping prevent collisions, while reducing a mountain of stress off the driver.
The system was designed and developed by FleetSafe, in Australia, to specifically address the risks associated with limited vision around trucks and the potential for collisions with objects that may be hidden from the driver’s view, including other vehicles, motorcycles and the most vulnerable road users, cyclists and pedestrians.
